Smart KISED Tech-based Startup Support Institute for Smart Korea KISED is an institution which specializes in the promotion of startups, as an affiliate agency to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Since its foundation in 2008, KISED has supported more than 40,000 startups through a wide range of programs. Year 2020 will be the year of leapfrogging toward ‘Smart KISED’ as a leading institute in realizing ‘Smart Korea.’ KISED will put ourselves in the shoes of entrepreneurs and strive to become 'An outstanding institute fostering the innovative startup ecosystem' recognized by the startup industry.
